  1. What services do you provide?

    Great question! We offer a vast variety of Graphic Design services, web design and management services, social media management, portrait, commercial, and event photography services, and business consultation services.
  2. How much do you charge for revisions?

    ?

    You are allowed unlimited revisions up to 3 rounds. A "round" consists of revisions made and returned back to you for approval. Additional revisions are $5 and up per revision depending on the type of project and revision.
  3. What is your turn around time?

    ?

    See payment policy. Turnaround times are based on the unique needs of a project. Some projects can be turned around as fast as 48 hours. Turnaround times for standard projects are 5 to 7 business days.  All other turnaround times are based on the unique needs of the project (Web Design) and will be discussed and agreed on prior to the start of the project. 
  4. What are revisions?

    ?

    Revisions are considered changes to the text/design submitted to Daina's Place after the design process has finished.
  5. Is a deposit required to start my project?

    ?

    Yes.  If your project total cost is $200 or more, we require a 50% deposit to place your project in production. The remaining balance is due upon final approval. If your project is less than $200, the entire payment is due before the project can begin.
  6. Can you start work without a deposit?

    ?

    Sorry, we cannot. The initial deposit puts your project in production and helps fund up-front costs that may be required to start. Thank you for understanding.
  7. What is your referral program?

    ?

    In a nutshell, when one of our clients refers a colleague, friend, or acquaintance to us for design services that leads to a contract for design services, that client is then granted credits towards a free hour of  web,  logo,  or  graphic design service! These hours can be used on different projects.
  8. If I already have designs, photography, and a logo, can I use them on my website or social media page?

    ?

    Of course! Yes, you may use your own designs and photography on your website and/or social media pages. It may not affect the final cost though. We may substitute a business card design or letterhead design if enough design work gets submitted. This would all be at the discretion of Daina's Place.
  9. What do I need to do to get started?

    ?

    Great question! There are a few easy ways to get started. You could complete our simple order form. We will contact you however and whenever you choose to be contacted. Emailing us seems to be a very popular choice as well, but a phone call may be needed eventually. Don't be nervous, we are the ones trying to impress you! Texting is so informal for most, but we know how convenient it can be as well. We know how busy business can be, so just use any of these methods to get your next project started!
  10. What do I need to begin my project(s)?

    ?

    All materials (text, images, logos, information, etc.) are needed before your project can begin. Files may be delivered in the following format (s): Email Text, Word Document, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, PSD, AI, PSP, etc. *Note: All images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Lower resolution images will result in poor print quality. Daina's Place will not be held responsible for projects resulting in poor quality images. We will contact you if better quality images are needed. All text supplied must be typed. (DOC, TXT, or Email Text). 
  11. Do you manage websites that have already been created by another designer?

    ?

    Yes, we do and can as long as there is no breach of contract. Just check out our Website Management page to learn more!
